Smell gas at tank took 4 hours tech questionable leak, when new install. Two days later come out emergency smell gas at tanks. Service bill left when I am cod and says no leak . Now trying charge 160 coming out saying leak on our new line. When we had our temp tank was no smell. Service bill says no leak now claim leak was ours, nothing touched on our end. Think they are lieing to charge a service call. Still smell gas. If they lie for money, I should not trust them with gas leak. I still think gas leaking there and dangerous. Sneeky will not send managers emails or fee schedule to me.

I arrived at 4:25 pm to have two 20 lb tanks filled. Entered building to pay and told that 4:15 pm is the cut off time to have tanks refilled. WHAT YOU TALKIN BOUT WILLIS?! Isn't the closing time 5pm? I have never seen anything like this before. I give this 5 poop emoji's for the insanity

Service was good as usual. Only one complaint. I am normally not home when delivered but this time I was working from home. I waved to the guys in the truck when they pulled in. After they left I was surprised they didn't knock on the door to either hand to me or point to the summary info hanging on the door. I looked outside and did not find an envelope. Days later I had to go down to the garage and found a very rain soaked bag from Suburban Propane stuck in the siding along the edge of the garage door. They always hang it on the door. Don't know why this time was different.
