The entire process was easy. Sales rep listened to us and drew a design to accommodate our needs. Installation was seamless. The product is sturdy. Highly recommend 101 Mobility.
We were very pleased over all with 101 Mobility. They need to work with scheduling a little bit but over all the experience was good. I would use them again. We had to have two installers for our stair lift because of an issue with our basement door that the first installer was not equipped to do remodel work. The second installer came out and removed the door for us and made it look like it had always been a doorless entry. Very good work and both were very friendly.

I came into town and saw the need for a stair lift, but only had a short time to get in done. 101Mobility came in and demoed a few types of lifts and came up with a creative solution to get my timeline met with a customized setup.
