I contacted Thompson about a TV repair after being directed to them by Samsung. After several phone calls to both Samsung and Thompson regarding what ammounted to a communication problem between them, I asked the Thompson employee if she could call Samsung to get it resolved. She said she did not have the time. I then spent another 1 1/2 hours on the phone with Samsung and fixed their problem with Thompson. When I then called Thompson to schedule my repair I asked if they could check to see if they had the part required before I scheduled my repair for the next day. The woman said it would take her 5 minutes to research that and we obviously go off on the wrong foot and she did not want to do business with me and was refusing the repair and hung up on me. The rep obviously didn't care to be called out for providing misleading and inaccurate information. I was constantly told by Samsung that Thompson was not doing things correctly and told by Thompson that Samsung was the one in error. I am MORE than happy to take my business somewhere else. Their customer service is TERRIBLE!

Worst place had our tv repaired there 2 days after there 90 day warranty ran out the part they said that had been replaced was never replaced just had some silicon put on it and they charged me over 300 dollars. Had to call out someone else to fix there mess trust me find someone else
What crappy customer service! I am the customer and they are the provider... I asked for a later appointment to fix my TV(after like 2 or 3 pm) and they said to bad...I would not recommend to anyone!
