I'm sadden that after living 8 years in the Columbus area I'm just now having Barroluco for the first time. It was the best food that I've had in downtown Columbus. The empanadas were perfectly fried and the rice was so full of flavor. I will be going back here every time I'm in the city.

DON'T read this review. Just drop whatever you're doing, go here and order the empanada platter. Why? Well, if you enjoy crispy on the outside, fluffy-seasoned-clouds-of-heaven on the inside type things, you'll love them. If you don't like happiness-inducing, good food artfully presented, then you probably won't like it very much. The food is fresh, filling and DELICIOUS. Top it off with a Jarritos and you have acheived self-actualization. Pros: -the food -the atmosphere -the staff Cons: -not being able to take the chefs with you
It's a must try, got three sampler player and it was great. Can't wait to explore the rest of the menu.
Ordered delivery (sampler) from here and was amazed of how good the food is. Very flavorful and the value is great ! I cannot wait to try the rest of their dishes.
Great food and a really friendly and wonderful staff. I had the sampler as it was my first visit, and everything was delicious. I highly recommend the paella, it's extremely rich and flavorful. Definitely going to get that next time. They are still working on the transition from food truck to restaurant, but they're making great food and have a good atmosphere. Looking forward to my next visit!
