The customer service was VERY POOR! The girl in hair was so busy talking with friends she failed to conduct professional business! Showed pic of wet & wavy style. I needed hair she gave me some dry barrel curls pack and left. The men did not know hair. They showed us some matted looking hair and had attitude ! Grade of F in quality, service & price!!! -1
