We are so happy that we ordered a family pack from the butcher. It was easy to order online. It was cut, packed up & ready for pick up the next day. The prices are less than what we'd pay at Kroger for far better quality. Love unwrapping that white paper! It's so convenient if you want to eat healthy. Nice steak & salad ready in 10 minutes! Spend less time shopping & worrying about dinner, special occasions & visitors. It's local, fresh, affordable and feels a bit fancy. Do it for your family. *There is a coupon code for 20 off in the online ad. Look for it in small print.*

A high quality well priced meat counter is what usually brings me into carfagnas. And lately I have found their wine/beer/champagne recommendations from their staff to also be great. Dave was a huge help today, many thanks!

Went to Carfagna’s the day before thanksgiving to buy a prime rib roast. I’ve never gotten one from there. I usually cook one for Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas so this wasn’t my first rodeo. I waited in line for about an hour to see a butcher. For a good meat market on a prime shopping day like this I wasn’t too upset over the time. I ordered a 7lb rib roast (my normal size) and had it tied up. Usually rib roast is around 10/lb but this one cost me over 100 so I was expecting an exceptional cut of meat. Thanksgiving day, I cooked it just like I have cooked the dozens before. The meat was so tough and gristly, my family decided to throw away more than half of it. It literally ruined my family’s thanksgiving dinner. I honestly have never had a rump roast this tough much less a prime rib. I wouldn’t have paid 10 for that roast much less over 100.

First time there. I wish they would have sold potato croquets (most Italian stores sell them). Also disappointed, chicken cutlet parm, eggplant parm etc., being made with provolone cheese instead of whole milk mozzarella cheese. Other foods were good. Staff nice. Wore masks and very helpful. PS I don't think the owner is Italian.

The best meats, cheeses and Italian delicacies you could hope for! They have Italian sausages that are worth the drive for & pork chops, steaks and ribs in their deli department. Cookies, pasta, Italian pops and desserts are all around the center of the store along with wines and alcohol. The staff are fast & friendly - the prices are reasonable.
