After visiting my cardiologist I went to the building only to find a line out to the parking structure. I was told by someone in it that it was for early voting and the tag office. I’m 73 and have a heart condition and only wanted to get my handicapped placard. I decided to mail the form in two weeks ago and haven’t received it. Tried calling and while the message on the recording said my wait time was 0 minutes I was waiting 30 before I hung up. Not a happy Georgian

Went here this morning hoping to be there early and beat the crowd, but there was a moderate line. I was in and out renewing tags in less than 15 min. I called the day prior to ask a question and didn't want to be on hold so I entered my number and they returned my call in less than 35 min. The employee who I dealt with was knowledgeable and kind. The only issue I had was signage and parking, they are to right of the library which has good signage and parking.
