My company has already dropped them and went with praxair because of terrible service. I called today to order tig torch parts and a SPEEDGLAS welding helmet head assembly. After waiting on hold 15 minutes I called back a few hours later. Then I was sent to a woman who does their parts apparently that knew NOTHING about welding or parts. She had half the tig torch parts in stock, half needed custom ordered and when I enquired about the SPEEDGLAS helmet she had never even heard of it. Who In the welding world that's anybody at all has never heard of the best welding helmets money can buy?. What a bunch of idiots.......
