Food was about 20 mins late from estimated pick up time when ordering online, granted I did order during a busy time and didn’t know it. Their website could use some work to update wait times appropriately, but as for this location itself, I am giving 5 stars. The food is delicious, always fresh. The cashier was apologetic in the discrepancy for wait time and very nice about it, I could see they were very busy. Great customer service!

I have to go here every time I visit The Ohio State University. I get one the day I get there and the day I leave it's so good and it's huge portion.

Sushi is my favorite food and I love this place! I order ahead with my app and go in and it’s ready for me. Love their lavender lemonade too!!! Best service. Favorite local spot easily. All locations are great. Ingredients are crazy fresh.
