Here I thought I’d never own another new car again! Long story short I went in said this is what I’m looking for and Tim Hunt got her done even when I thought for sure it wouldn’t happen! I’m extremely happy and would refer Tim to anyone ! Also Tim was not pushy and he was very nice polite and even took my son and bought him snacks out the vending ! That mad his night! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! My salesman Justin (JB) Bailey was amazing. He was very patient and understanding with this being my first time buying a car. He worked his hardest to make sure I got the price I wanted and the car I wanted! And James in the finance office was amazing. Had the best car buying experience here. I was looking to get into car better on gas with payments that worked in my budget. Inquired about a 2016 Chevy Malibu LT and was instantly contacted by Jason to schedule a appointment to come see the car. Upon my arrival i was greeted by Kevin who's knowledgeable and low pressure salesman who listened to all my needs. He delivered! The sales manager was also courteous and worked with me to make sure i was taken care of and got the deal done! The Finance manager Will was such a great help and informative in explaining the coverages that came with my purchase and even gave me his personal number to contact him should i ever have any questions or issues. Now thats going above and beyond! Can't say enough about the seamless and pleasant experience at Germain Kia of Columbus! Would definitely recommend if your looking for a new or used vehicle.
After totaling his car I took my son to Germain Kia. We were greeted and taken care of right away by Andrew. Knowledgeable, professional and courteous, he made our experience actually enjoyable!
