I was very disappointed at my experience at Hollywood connections. They are very expensive. And you do not get what you pay for. The skating experience that we had. Was very disappointed. You pay money to skate and when you need to use those things that help support you while you skate that is even additional money even to the little children. I would not return there because of the disappointment.

If it's raining outside and you want to spend some fun time with your soldier, this will satisfy the need. The indoor putt putt course is in great shape and it's challenging. The place is clean and very family friendly. The laser tag is not the best you've probably played but, hey its 6. There is skating, Putt Putt, laser tag, and gaming available on a wristband which is nice also. A movie is connected next door to the fun center.
If I could give them no stars I would. I took my daughter here for her birthday party and spent well over 300 at this establishment the service I received was HORRIBLE in the diner area. The manager over the diner made it no better while her staff struggled due to being under staffed with delivering orders she walked around and chatted with the on duty officer. I tried to be as patient as possible but waiting over an hr for pitchers of drinks was just unacceptable and when I told the manager you would think that should would’ve went and made them herself but she didn’t she just made an excuse and walked off to go chat. Worst experience ever and will definitely be calling head quarters to report this. This was just one of many problems and I feel very sorry for those employees who were there working I’m sure they were very tired and over it by the time they got off.
Some games were out of order. Put put was fun. Restaurant only had fried foods. We were trying to order pizza.
Everything was great as far as employees and the facilities. The prices however are outrageous. Be prepared to drop a few hundred if you plan to take a family of 4 for at least 2 hours.
