Great location in this mall with more shoe options than most Journeys stores have. Plenty of seats in the middle of the store to sit and rest or to try on shoes. They have a lot of shoes of different sizes in the back. Just ask the employees and they can help you out. Tip: search online for any deals going on to help you save money on shoes.

Holy cow! I had an awesome experience here the other day! I've been struggling to find a pair of boots that fit, and this associate was AWESOME! She brought out various sizes of Timberlands until we found one that fit. Who would have thought to try kids sizes for narrower feet?? I've had a lot of bad experiences while shopping, but I will definitely come back here for my shoes in the future! I wish I remembered the name of the associate who helped me, but I remember she had a lot of enamel pins on her lanyard and she told me she was Boo last Halloween. Please tell her that she's awesome!!

I had a great experience yesterday while purchasing shoes for my little one! I can not begin to say how amazing the young lady was that assisted us. I was looking to purchase slip on Vans so I could foster independence in self dressing for my son. This lady brought out multiple sizes, multiple styles, and was so patient as we tried them on and made decisions. This would seem like an ordinary review but my son is on the spectrum so trying on shoes can be a sensory overload and she made the experience so so much better and provided a relaxed and understanding approach. She offered suggestions for making other shoes slip ons so he wasn’t limited to specific styles and even suggested glow in the dark socks to make it fun in the small chance he would wear them. At one point in time she even offered to turn the music down when my son covered his ears so my 6 year old could have a comfortable environment like everyone else (all the while she was never told he was autistic). This young lady was so in tune and is a natural in customer service and being genuinely kind. Thank you Journeys for always having things that we want and love and thank you for finding someone that is more than worthy to represent your name and store. Lastly thank you wonderful girl (I realized I didn’t ask her name) for your assistance and soft nature, my family appreciated you and this experience more than you know.

Still don't have a record of my transaction after being told I would receive it yesterday. Still nothing, and this is a order placed in the store. How would you feel about your purchase being limbo? Not a good experience after spending 200 on a pair of shoes with no receipt.
