Amazing customer service with fabulous pizza and subs. Even though OH is now opened for full service they still practice social distancing with their seating. Kudos!!!

Tried Minelli's for first time last night. The pizza probably would've been pretty good if it wasn't so burnt. I called the place a couple hours later and didn't get an apology, just attitude for not calling earlier.

Very delicious pizzas. If you like thin crust pizzas that's the place you should go. Very friendly employees (all of them).
Minellis used to be one of my favorite places to stop for pizza on the West Side, however after seeing how they disregarded the mask mandate and none of their staff were wearing masks, I refused to pick up my pizza. It’s clear that Minellis is no longer operating with integrity or in a way that ensures the health and safety of others which you would think would be a priority for a restaurant operating during a pandemic. Truly disheartening.
