Took WAY too long for a simple claim. Also was not given the opportunity to use my health insurance to cover some if not all my bills. That's what I pay tricare for. You made more than I did and I feel scammed. I could have filed that claim myself in that amount of time even without the know how. Also going through three case managers and no one ever really knowing what's going on seemed very unprofessional. I will not be acquiring your services ever again and will advise everyone to do the same.
