I visited Nationwide Arena for a Twenty One Pilots concert. The venue exceeded my expectations. The event was organized very well. The venue was air conditioned (at moment I visited it was the hottest day of the summer so far) which was very refreshing. Twenty One Pilots also put on an amazing show. I would not hesitate to purchase tickets for another event at Nationwide Arena.

I have only been to Nationwide Arena for hockey games and quite a lot of them. The arena has always been well maintained and clean. Every Jackets game I have ever gone to has been a great family-friendly environment. The staff at the arena are always helpful and friendly. I remember after our first Stanley Cup Playoff win at home back in the 2013/2014 season, the ushers were dealing out high-fives, yelling with us, hugging people, helping kids get to better spots to see because everyone was standing, and just as rowdy with us. They were doing it too after our first series win in 2019 against the Bolts. This place is always an awesome and fun experience. If you do get to a Jackets game, try to get club level seats at least once. Nice bar area, and fresh made food vendors there, plus there is standing room behind the seats with tables which has a great view of the ice as well. The seats seem a little more spacious there too. Overall, for Jackets games, its a great place to bring children to have a fun and safe time. Lots of activities, food, and usually a great game.

Stellar time at the Cher concert! We got into Nationwide Arena and to our seats quickly. Everything was clean, restrooms were also clean, all employees were helpful. Seats are comfortable and we couldn't have been more pleased with our seats!! The acoustics in the arena are awesome! The stage and lighting are amazing and backup dancers have the ability to hang from the ceiling! Cher made her entrance by being lowered from the ceiling, too. Pretty impressive. Also went to Chicago/Earth, Wind and Fire Concert 3 years ago and we all felt the same way for that concert. Columbus is very lucky to have such a great venue!!

Easy parking, maybe 3 to 5 minutes from the garage to the Arena. Seats easy to access. We went to see Disney on Ice, Dream Big on a Wednesday. The show was great, but the only food was cotton candy, so that's a big no no for me. But for a show venue in Columbus it is very nice.
