I feel the staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Martyn has helped me with some ongoing issues in my throat and sinus. He listens well and responds quickly. He also performed surgery on my adult son on New Year’s Eve. My son had a tear in his artery that led to his brain. I was really worried about my son but he was fine after he healed from the surgery. If you want a caring, professional physician, I highly recommend Dr. Martyn and this practice. Thanks, Cheri Fraganato

The staff was very engaging, warm, friendly and professional...a nurse even held my hand at the start of surgery... it makes me believe that the personnel really do have compassion for patients entrusted to their care... thank you! I have had several years of excellent experience with the doctors and staff at OH ENT And Allergy, both for myself and for my 98-year-old mother. In particular, I have been so impressed by the exceptional expertise and knowledge of Dr. Alfred Fleming, who performed sinus surgery on my mother 3 years ago. He pursued a more conservative approach for almost a year before recommending the surgery, due to her advanced age. Not only is he precise, meticulous, and steady in all his procedures, he is quietly calm and empathetic. My mother sailed through the surgery and recovery period with no complications. Dr. Fleming solicitously called to inquire about how she was doing in the days following the surgery and gave me his personal cell phone number should we need advice. Recently, he took all of 5 minutes to diagnose and relieve the cause of my ear problems that had eluded other doctors. I am grateful for all the help we have received from the doctors and staff of this fine facility.

Dr. O’Brien has to be one of the best ENT specialist in the country. He was able to correct a issue that had eluded several other ENT doctors for years. I can’t say enough about the quality of care and professionalism I have experienced with Dr. O’Brien and his staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
