The rink was really overcrowded for COVID, absolutely no mask enforcement or social distancing, and the ice skates themselves are of poor quality. But the rink itself is a nice size

The employees were very nice and helpful. During open skate they offered tips to become better and more confident. The facility was clean and well kept.

have had great experiences prior, customer service is really gone down hill. Advised on a class to sign up for but realized I was not comfortable with that class AN HOUR after paying online (it required padding, etc.). I called and spoke with someone who said I could get refunded but would need to speak with Denise. I left a message and instead received an email response and honestly it wasn't that friendly. I have since replied via email 3 times with no response ( 2 other people were tagged from the chiller and none have responded) and called several times. I filed a claim with my bank today. Geez- how hard is it to make a simple phone call for resolution. I was interested in moving that money to a different class but they've lost my families business altogether. It's a shame because my son grew up using their facilities

This is a great place to go skating. We go a couple times a year for scout skate nights and the youth and adults love it. I've been to both Easton and Lewis Center, both have been a great experience for all that came. Note: prices in picture were current as of 12/27/18 for Easton. Check with Chiller for current and event prices
