The management, staff and maintenance were excellent! We lived there for 3 years and would have stayed, but we for other reasons moved to another city. The staff was always friendly and they were very responsive with maintenance issues. The price is very good for the area. I highly recommend these apartments. 5 stars for Overlook Crossing!

Great place to live. Nice apartments & they are well kept. Maintenance is on time and sends notices prior to visits. Staff are friendly and professional. I’d give them 5 stars, but I’m giving them a 4 instead because of policy changes. The reason I had to move is because the apartments changed their policy, and I was not allowed to pay the lease in full, so I had to prove that I could pay monthly or find a co-signer which I couldn’t do. This policy forced me to change locations. Everyone was friendly though, and they are nice and respectful throughout your move in process.

I moved in to a one bedroom apartment in the summer of 2012 and have moved into a larger apartment a year later. Although the apartments are older apartments they are kept up well. The staff is very friendly and when you have an issue they are right there to assist. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate them a 7 on politeness and friendly. The apartments could use a upgrade. But for the price they are well worth it. I would positively recommend these apartments to my friends.
