Freezing cold apartment. Heat only works sometimes ! I should not have to buy a heater to warm my home. I’ll be looking for a place I can control my own heat
I lived here a few years ago and they gave me a chance due to my rental history which I was grateful. When I tell you the hallways smelled horrible and roaches galore that’s what I mean! I had to leave after a month I couldn’t do it anymore the roaches started crawling on me and it was a mouse running around. They might have changed since then but when I lived there I would have rather been sleeping in my car honestly.
I've contacted them 5 times to fix my air conditioner over the course of months. Nothing has happened. They simply sent clueless men (three separate times mind you) to 'look' at the unit as though when you submitting a request for your own living quarters is above your pay grade. Yes I am intelligent enough to know when something isn't working. Thus, I am completely done with this place. Why move here when they ignore you? Very disrespectful. I've been very hot lately and I've paid them each and every month but no more. They won't get another cent. This place is NOT worth living for 761/month like this. Oh and by the way at least some of the 5 star ratings are fake. They give residents a measly 15 kroger gift card to submit a review. In other words the reviews are paid for. A lie. This one is real. Look elsewhere unless you want to move into a place where you are ignored and/or belittled.
Place is very nasty, has bed bugs they say they will come spray but they won’t. Has black mold which is very unhealthy. Our A/c was broken for a good 2 months until they fixed it. Seen roaches in other people’s buildings. They are to worried about painting instead of fixing up the inside.
