When they first call you there very inviting, but when you get your case manager they act like you trying to steal from them my situation was blasted all over the news and I was hurt physically and mentally and still suffer today but I just don't feel comfortable with them

My experience as an injured worker is subhuman, that is the treatment you will get when assigned to this company as MCO, they have NO HEART, THEY HAVE NO SOUL, and just do not give a damned about you as an individual human being. It's all about saving the state of OHIO the less you receive the more their personal ego's rise..... it's been almost 4 years since my injury, and I am STILL injured, they got 5 stars from OHIO for me alone.
