Columbus has launched some pretty Amazing StartUps: Aflac, Charbroil, Coca-Cola, CreativeSouth, Delta Data, the Fun Academy (with the soon to be hit trilogy of animated features of the adventures of Sgt. Stubby), Ft. Benning, MasterBuilt, OmegaFi, Pratt & Whitney, Real-Tree, Salt Life, Synovus, TSYS and the W.C. Bradley Company – to name a few, all of which call Columbus home. This summer, in partnership with Columbus State University, StartUp Columbus will unveil a highly visible “Welcome Center” for Creativity and Entrepreneurship, with all of the tools and support that pre-venture Founders and StartUps need to be highly successful right here in our hometown. You will be in on the ground floor of helping build the entrepreneurial ecosystem of this, our Greater Chattahoochee Valley, electric river city community. StartUp Columbus is an Innovation Hub and Business Accelerator based in Columbus, GA. StartUp Columbus is the “Center of Gravity” for Entrepreneurship and Innovation directly resulting from the collaboration of the Enterprising Culture Action Area of the Columbus 2025 Initiative.
