Due to Covid class sizes are limited to 8, so book online to save a seat. Unfortunately, you're unable to enjoy your meal there so instead they instruct you on how to reheat or finish what ever you've made at home. I took the class by myself and had enough food to make a meal for 4 and have left overs. Everything was measured out for us when we go there. Only thing I really had to do to prep was chop the veggies. The teacher was informative. I think this class was really great for people who maybe don't have a lot of experience cooking. Or good for someone who cooks a lot but maybe wants to try and master a recipe. I've made pasta before but it didn't come out near as good as when I made it here. It gave me the opportunity to try out a pasta rolling machine with out having to buy one. Definitely worth buying one by the way if you're wondering. With our pasta we made a flavorful Bolognese sauce and a side salad. The teacher packaged up all of our stuff for us once we were done and sadly my vinaigrette didn't make it into the bag and I didn't notice until I was getting ready to set the table. I luckily had most of the ingredients at home or some variation of the sort so I whipped up a new batch but was not as good as the original. So highly suggest you check your bag to make sure it's all there. Also, you do get a 10% discount that you can use the day of class in store. Aprons were provided. I suggest wearing comfy shoes since you'll be standing for approx 2 hours give or take some time.

I've had two really decent class experiences (one was a gift, and I purchased the second) and the instructors have been very helpful, competent, and engaging. The assistant staff helps keep things clean and convenient. The cookware and misen en place has been ready to go, with minimal equipment fussing during the session with the exception of some unsharp knives. There's discounts on in-store purchases and your next class after class. I purchased one of the Scanpans after the first class after getting to use one during the class. It has quickly become my favorite pan and I'm glad for the trial run, because they're kinda pricey. Store staff seems knowledgeable, and great service.

Above and beyond Customerservice by the staff from Sur La Table at Easton location. Went in to buy some stuff and was paying with me gift card. The 3rd party gift card system was down but the store employee James was apologetic and promised to drop off my purchases at my home once the system comes back online. This is a superb service. 5 star rating. James deserves a employee of the award and a pay hike.
