I own two businesses which are both insured by state farm so I have had a plethora of interactions with Agents from all over the four states. Every interaction with a Statefarm rep has always been pleasant, professional and awesome.....until today that is. I’m in advertising and have provided my services to many a statefarm representative over the years. Today was the first time I have experienced a level of unprofessionalism and down right rudeness from a Statefarm Agent. To say that this guy is unprofessional is putting it lightly and kindly. Im sure he treats his local patrons different to keep up appearances but if they knew his true ways of how he really treats individuals, he probably would not be a Statefarm Agent because he doesn’t fit their high standards of quality. Yes, I was there as a marketer reaching out to him after 3 other failed attempts but I didn’t even get the courtesy of being a human being before being humiliated in his office in front of three women all while being called a liar at the same time. Customer or not, there is a right way to treat people and a wrong way and this guy chose the latter. As a business owner myself, I could never get away with treating or addressing folks the way this guy addressed me. My standards are too high and I appreciate anyone that takes the time to come into my place and offer me anything. You’ve got a lot to learn my friend....a lot!
