Server was super nice and listened to every word. Checked on us to make sure it was all great instead of the typical once or twice. Refills before asked and food was awesome! This location never let's me down. Cheesecake to go since we were too full.

My party of four ate here on a Sunday. It was very busy around lunch hour. Out of the five different Cheesecake Factory locations I been to this one was the worst. Service was slow and my appetizer was not cooked fully. My entree was pasta and they put a cold scoop of ricotta on top so when it’s nice and hot it mixes with it and makes it perfect, however my pasta was cold. So cold ricotta with cold pasta didn’t mix well. Also I added chicken which is an extra charge and they gave me five small chunks in the pasta. We always get a slice of cheesecake to go which is around 8.00 a slice and the slices we received were way smaller than any other location. This place needs to learn that if you can’t be speedy and get customers food out in a timely manner, to actually have the food perfect and warm. We waited so long for our food to not be done right. The party I was with complained of the other times they been there so there needs to be improvement. All in all though it’s not 100% avoidable.
Best banana cream cheesecake ever! I've never had a dish I didn't like here. My only complaint is there are so many great menu items to choose from it's hard to decide!
Food here was absolutely amazing. They offer almost any type of food you could think of. If it gives you any indication, their menu is 26 pages long. Our entire group loved our meals, the chicken and steak was melt in your mouth good, and my Bistro Shrimp Pasta was excellent as well. My food came out a bit late and both the waiter and manager came out to personally apologize, and they gave me a free side of fries to make up for it. Our waiter was amazing as well, he regularly checked up on us and cracked a few jokes that made us all chuckle, he was definitely one of the highlights of our nights. TDLR; If you're in the area this place is a must to eat at!!!
The place has awful sanity management under COVID ...plus the air is not fresh: a lot of people takeout cheesecake for safety, but the stuff only have time to take orders, they don’t have time to fulfill any order that is taking out cheesecake from the counter and give to customers.. most customers spent more than 60 minutes in the small lobby to wait for the staff to take the cheesecake out and give to them.. and that’s a lot of people. air is not fresh because of that...people are very close to each other. I don’t care what is the reason why restaurants run this way...they should put the people safety first...I am so regrets that I walk into this place..and ordered one slice of to go cheesecake. ...
