Absolutely would not recommend using Xfinity by Comcast until they become more responsive with their technicians. We asked for a technician to come put 2 days ago. They've rescheduled twice now so it will be 72 hours of no internet before they get a technician to us. Thats unbelievable. A technician in any field should not be a 9-5 worker. You should have them on call for situations like this. And if the company is simply short staffed on technicians, then I blame them for being cheap and not doing whats necessary to keep their customers happy. Check out your other service providers and see what their technicians on call times are before choosing Xfinity, because I have a feeling every other company probably has more availability than Xfinity which is sad.

It's a joke.
Absolutely horrible! No after hours support available. I have the internet bundled with a home security system. At 10pm I had problem with my phone access to disarm the alarm for a friend. Tried to contact Xfinity just to have a bit repeat back to you the same thing over and over again. One would think that with home security system one would have support. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. 10 thumbs down
Please run as far away from here as you can. Bad experience from the very beginning!! When I first started the process a credit check was done and I asked the representative would it be a hard pull or a soft pull. Of course he lied and said it was a soft which really sucks when you're managing your credit score. Lie #2 came on installation day when the technician said he came out and completed the job when he never even showed up. Literally had to tell the guy I checked my camera footage. Called customer service to complain and spent 30 mins on hold only to be told there was nothing that could be done and the next installation date wasn't until several days later. I spent my entire day wasted, missed work and sat around waiting for nothing. Highly disappointed and cancelled the installation all together. I highly suggest trying another local cable company!
So, where do I start? WORST PART OF THIS EXPERIENCE IS THE FACT THAT I WAS IGNORED AND NEVER CONTACTED TO INFORM ME THAT I CANNOT GET SERVICE. Three weeks after paying a couple hundred dollars to start services and have an installer come out to dig a trench and place a line, I made the call to find out why my service set up wasn't rescheduled. I was told that someone was coming out today to put the line in the ground. It was actually done 10 days ago, unknown to me, since no one made an attempt to contact me in any way. I made all of the calls. I'm supposed to get a full refund, which is what I expect. I'm not mad at the low people on the totem pole. FULL MANAGEMENT FAIL to find out 3 weeks later that CALIFORNIA does not allow cable to be run to temporary structures such as RV's, unless you're in an RV park.
Picking someone up from work.
