These people have me with a negative credit rating based on service from 2011 after the flood. Of course my service was interrupted Laplace was under water and they want me to pay a disconnect fee. I paid my last bill however they still have me in collections. I returned the equipment which they said their was s credit for which never happened. I made several attempts to resolve this to no avail! #highlydisappointed
I have been having issues with on demand service and tv service in genera. When you call all you get is some automated service whicj nevet does anthing to fix the problem. For months i have been telling these idiots some thing is wrong with the line. But nothing. They do not have true technical support on the weekends or much ever.
Not the best of the best. But I choose Comcast over many others.
Horrible service! Too expensive and customer service is worse. They are foreigners and have no idea what they are talking about.
