First time at the Comcast West Memphis an everyone was so helpful an polite. Makes it nice to go set up new service.
HORRIBLE customer service Rep's. Charged me for 2 months of service and I didn't have a home yet(relocatingto another house). They found the error on their end, BUT still charged me. NEVER EVER again will I use them. Been a loyal customer for SEVERAL YEARS
I hate comcast. One month your bill is 57.64, the next it's 213.98 and no changes have been made. They know that there's no other internet provider in the area and they are taking full advantage of everyone in this area. Where's AT&T Uverse when you need them? The customer service is horrible. They put you on hold without asking for permission, they hang up when they're frustrated. Everything about comcast is a mess and I cant wait until anyone else offers internet in my area, I'm done.
The lady working there made my drive there worth it. All CSR people should be like her.

Service at center was great. Previous service over phone was not so good. Was told that box was on its way when it was not ordered, actually had been canceled. But got everything straightened out at the center and got my box and everything is good
