Easy to get in and out of and the associate I felt with was both courteous and helpful. Would recommend going there versus having to wait online or on the phone for the helpdesk. Efficient service... go figure!

Visited today to return my equipment and was so impressed! A staff member came out to help me bring my equipment inside the store. There was no wait and I was immediately told what window to head to. The customer service representative was great. Very professional and efficient service!
I usually have a good experience here. I go every few months to replace equipment. They are normally pleasant. But I won't go during the busiest hours. It's a small place with limited space. Platic chairs to sit are limited so go early or on a non busy day. If parking lot out front is full just go a different day!
It was virtually impossible to call direct and get them. The number on the web is a fax number and another listing is a liquor store. That being said...I was able to connect with a Representative there by the name of Carey. She made up for the rude behavior of Francis in billing that connected me to Carey. She explained the solution to a complicated move we needed to make and was patient and helpful. She was interested in what we wanted and worked her hardest to get what was available and explained why if it was not. Very happy with the result. Great job Carey!!
The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It's less crowded on off hours. There is always a crowd when they first open. They are open 7 days a week.
Met by a staff member in the parking who carried my supplies into the store. Fast and easy to return. The lady who helped me extremely nice and professional!
Very friendly staff, but I went to this Location to get a replacement device and they couldn't do it because my home is in Maryland. I was told I would have to goto the Comcast Center in Aberdeen MD because, they don't service the Maryland region. It would've been nice if the customer service person I spoke to on the phone could've told me this before I wasted a drive to Penn Mart Shopping Center.
The greeter at this Comcast location is one of the most amazing employees that I have seen anywhere!!! He was friendly, helpful, anticipated needs and put smiles on everyone's faces!! He was the perfect employee, hope Comcast knows how valuable he is!
