I was the only one in around 11:15 the only reason I didn't grade higher was because even though I was the second person there an only two people working I took a little bit of time to be helped. Not sure if they customer rep was work on business or personal. A " be right with you " would have made it feel like they cared I was there. Other than that bit was quick and painless.

Service here is actually fast. When I was here they had 4 people on staff. The Comcast service staff was actually nice and helpful.

Didn't do much but needed a new remote control because it wasn't working and I had to return the remote control and get a new one
