At first I wanted to smash everything an send it to them in the smallest box possible cause no nothing worked right an I couldn't seem to get in touch with anyone , well instead of giving up losing my temper my mind an money I kept trying till I did , not only did I finally get the most decent an knowledgeable teller but I also got the most respectful customer oreinted young man not only took care of the already at hand issues but explained why I had them what he did to correct them if I should have a problem. Again offered help if needed before packing up his things supplied each device with a check an changed an updated service an made sure each was connected an working properly hey first tech didn't even hook service up completely I'm super satisfied I'll recommend this guy to everyone I've never been so pleased with service

Internet is good. Cable is not worth the money. Very little channels for a regular affordable plan.
The store was very easy to find. Not crowded or busy. The clerk was courteous and knowledgeable. I was returning equipment because I was moving. Everything was settled and done in less than 10 min.
This place is clean, employees are pleasant. They know how to make your equipment work. I am glad I use comcast!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They are all beyond rude. They are to busy having personal conversations and playing on their phone to even acknowledge that a customer is there. If a customer asks for assistance with paying their bill on the machine, they instantly get an attitude. I have personally helped elderly customers make their payments on the machine because the employees would not. They do not help with anything. Their response to every question or concern is to call Comcast. They need to hire new customer service representatives who will actually do their job.
