After our 1 year contract expired, the price went up, as per usual. Not a big deal, as that was explained when we got the service. Fast forward five months, and our bill gets another increase of almost 20 dollars. When I called to ask why, the only thing the representative said was that my promotion had ended thats why the price went up. I explained that the promotion ended 5 months ago, and he just kept saying it was the promotion as the cause. I then asked to speak to someone about either a new contract or cancelling, and was transferred to a hold time of 45 minutes when the line went dead. Very unprofessional to increase the cost on a customer with no notice, then blame a promotion that ended 5 months ago. I have never heard of a 17 month promotion, and will not be recommending Comcast to anyone in the near future. The network has "outages" more than any company I have ever heard of, and if I could give negative stars, I would.

Just a terrible company. Customer service is the worst. Need to be able to talk to someone in the States. It is a shame to run a company this way.

Needed to get replaced equipment aren't too many people in there there also were not too many people working behind the desk so what I feel like should have been an in-and-out task turned out to be sitting there for a half hour before I was finally waited on got what I came for and left problem being was Comcast is equipment always breaking down and having to go back and go to the whole procedure again I said no better when they come out to the house what's I cannot even tell you how many times in the past few years I have needed them out there to fix things that don't stay working I would not recommend this place to anyone if wife didn't need the computer speeds that they offer I would go with somebody else for sure as it is she lost three jobs in three months because of connectivity issues and it really doesn't seem like anybody there really gives a damn if I have food on the table or not. I would give them less than a star but that is not in options if they had minus Star options then they would for sure I'll get five stars.

Big empty parts of the room. I realize that privacy is important, but the amount of space is crazy. No comfortable furniture. Decor needs spiced up.

I went in to ask why my bill was for more than 80 dollars when my sales rep in another city had told me it would only be 60. First, I was told I had 26 dollars in charges rolling over from my previous address. That wasn't true. Then I was told that Comcast no longer did discounts on single product services. First of all, I had more than one product on the account. I had both TV and internet. Even if I had only had one product, however, I later had a roommate open a separate account (Comcast was the only choice. Believe me I checked), only to discover that there ARE discounts available for single products. I ended up paying 30 dollars less for essentially the same service. Nevertheless, the rep at this store basically told me she didn't know what caused the miscommunication, that she couldn't help me, and that I'd have to take it up with the rep who originally sold me the services. Comcast is quite possibly the worst company in existence and this store did absolutely nothing to dissuade me of that.
