I have a Business Account. This is possibly the worst service I've ever seen. Our service is interrupted between 3 and six times every day, often for several hours at a time. Our business is depends on reliable communications and we consistently lose business due to poor service. The worst thing is that they don't seem to take the issues seriously,. Unfortunately, there are no other options in this section of town, otherwise, I would have gone with someone else. In the next few days, I will be filing complaints with the State of Florida, and the City of Bartow. I will also continue to leave negative reviews in any location I can find.
The worst company to deal with. Closest thing to decent customer service was a man named Chris 191514 who noted to waive the tech fee of 70 dollars on my ticket. Two additional managers REFUSED to waive the fee - stating I must first agree to pay 70 dollars and then they will "waive" it - after telling me that they didn't see any such order from CHris. These managers were Jeren 91878 and Ron 204153. None of the employees were willing to put anything in writing. DO NOT TRUST THEM... This company is NOTORIOUS for not honoring their word and they will ruin your credit, send things to collections etc... GET EVERYTHING SIGNED and in WRITING.
Overpriced . . .horrid service. . arrogant employees! I'd rather do without than be taken advantage of . . . buy from the company store or go without!!!
This company is a rip off! Praying for competition and complete deregulation to become effective in this area! Purchased service on Monday and due to no fault of my own we had to have a serviceman to complete the installation! Under the agreement of a 70 charge!
Store is good always helpful but if I had to rate the automated customer service that would get a .5 star.
Still billed for whole month even after my disco date set with retention. Had to talk to three different reps to explain billing and that they made a mistake.
