I can't remember the name of the lady I spoke with that was working there but I had the most pleasant visit. She was very attentive to my needs and concerns and I believe she needs a raise. My name is Betty Bourn and my visit was on 12/11/19
We have lived all over the US, and had many other cable companies. This is our first time having Comcast, and it's also the worst customer service I've experienced in my life. I have never once been charged by a company for a service call on their failing equipment, until now. 70 for a guy to cone out and say it's all working fine. Had to have them come back a month later, at the insistence of the tech on the phone, to fix it and replace the box again, and they tried to charge us again! Contested it, and was told by two separate people, after a series of about 14 phone calls, that we would be credited. I had paid all but the 70 charge, expecting the credit, and it didn't come. Then I got a late charge. Was promised it would be there the next month, and once again it didn't come, and I got ANOTHER LATE CHARGE. At this point if I would have called again, I'm sure I would have had a coronary...so I just paid it. Over promise, and under deliver, because they know they don't have any competition in this area. Finishing my contract, and kicking them to the curb. Highly unimpressed. To top that off, don't try to go to the local office, because the old ladies in there are awful rude little beasts.
They need at least one more payment machine, and wouldn't hurt nothing if they had two. It is very slow and old people have know idea how to use the machines, and don't want to learn.
There getting their.Cordcutting has pressured them.Now offering plans for Androidians reasonably.
Comcast has good service with cable and internet but I hate dealing with them when I have a problem. If the office isnt busy then you can get in and out pretty fast. I do like it that they added a machine that you can put your payment in and not thave to wait in line forever.. but over all the price for basic cable and intent is way to high for a single mother.
Easy to see sign from the street as it is tucked away from the main road. Great customer service Very quick process to walk out with your stylish Xfinity bag of TV and Internet supplies. The lines may seem long at times but there are plenty of customer service reps to help; just a few deep breaths and you will be to the front of the line.
Very friendly and helpful. My experience there was pleasant. I would recommend it to all my friends.
