This was a great experience, at this location. I was visiting to swap a digital box for another because it stopped working (no lights on it whatsoever). I walked in and was greeted immediately. The person working that day (Monday, July 1st) was the nicest person. This had to be the fastest visit to a comcast center ever! When I got home the new box did not auto-activate. I called the number displaying on the TV with the error code 340. The person who answered the call was also very pleasant, persistent and solved my issue quickly. I am very pleased and happy to see that Comcast is promoting a culture of customer service and smiles. No one wants to go into any business and find employees frowning and experience customer "no-service." In the past Comcast employees seemed like they did not like their job. There are lots of factors at play and it could have just been that day, that person or a brief timeframe. However it did seem pretty consistent in the past. I hope to continue to see this culture of happiness, customer service focus and smiles promoted within Comcast! The world needs more people treating each other the respect and smiles (even if you don't agree with someone)
I don’t ever write reviews however this morning I stopped by the store with my patient that I am caring for and we came across this beautiful very sweet young lady forgot what her name was but she helped opened the door for the both of us. I had difficulties pushing a wheelchair and carrying these equipment with both hands being occupied at the time but she helped me out by taking all the equipment from me. And another young lady at the counter she took care of us so fast and so quickly two hard working ladies the both of them! Great service
Not so long ago I would rather have had my nails pulled out than visit a Comcast Service Center. I don't know who is responsible for the change, but it is refreshing and no longer torture to visit for whatever reason. The employees are polite, helpful and efficient. The facility is clean, attractive and bright.
Days gone past, going to the Comcast service center was a real pain in the neck. Now it's easy and streamlined with plenty of reps working their computers. Returned a small digital TV cable Box that we don't need anymore ...the rep pulled the information from the account and now it will be reduced from our monthly bill.
Never sign up your business phone company terrible service.
