Don’t expect to get anyone on the phone that will help with anything, transfer after transfer, after transfer. Been customer for several years. No price adjustments for loyal customers. Cheaper to cancel and then establish as new customer. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to deal with. FYI- 15 rebroadcast and 9 regional sports fee (even if you don’t watch additional sports channels) added to your monthly bill regardless!

Worst customer service experience ever. Someone who lived at our address more than 5 years ago had a delinquent account so less then a week after getting internet through xfinity our service was turned off. We fought with customer service for 3@1\\2 hours. Service was restarted on Friday evening. Monday morning service was turned off again. Called customer service and was told there was a delinquent account at our address. They refused to fix the problem. 3 more hours on phone and they then told us we had to go to an xfinity store and show i.d. never want anything to do with xfinity or comcast again.
Staff was efficient and very helpful and kind. Took precautions to protect themselves and the customer greatly appreciated
Had moved and come home to my internet cut off .. my bill still had credit on it but Comcast employees didn't change my address. So when try to get help customer service JIM was rude and couldn't tell me why my internet was cut off except the address was wrong.so if they never changed my old address to my new address how was o getting internet for five months and bill was still getting paid wow been nothing but trouble. It took them two months to get my address fixed i set without internet access. It worked good for five month's now they say my address was never changed don't know there buts from a hole in ground does anyone know any companies who can help me with good internet service and respectful customer service? Comcast yall should be ashamed of yall selfs
Legit the worst company I've ever tried to business with. They told me my sevice would be hooked up 10/2. Waited until 2 called in amd was told I got bumped to 10/4. I got told i can get a credit to my account for the inconvenience. I told them I'll call back amd think about it. When I did I was told they cant credit accounts that they aren't allowed to do that. So they just lie and tell you any bull.
Horrible!!!! They closed ALL their stores plus the big one on knoxville! Customer service when you call is a dang nightmare.
Service is constantly down. Wholly unadvisable to use this "service" for anything that requires even a passably-reliable connection to the internet. Even DSL is better. At least it stays online longer around here. Forget trying to reach a human for customer support, pandemic notwithstanding. Completely unresponsive, any human component to customer support may just as well be non-existent. I had to post this review from my phone because - you guessed it - it's 9:43am on a Monday morning and I'm losing money because Xfinity/Comcast/Whatever the hell they're calling themselves this week is down yet again. If you have literally any other option, take it. Even if it's tin cans and strings. You'll still have better uptime.
