Since September 28, 2020, I cancelled my service because the internet was AWFUL and I called XFINITY several times to get my credit but they always LIED.They said they're going to send me a check first time , the second time they told me they're going to put it back on my credit card but this never happened. I called again and they told me that the supervisor would call me , they never did. That was three days ago, IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MONEY IT'S THE PRINCIPAL, I GUESS THEY DON'T RESPECT SENIORS AND TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF US. WE SHOULD ALL BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY

Went five days without tv service and then they charged me 100.00 to get it back online. Rude on phone, service tech drilled a hole in the middle of my wall (not even near baseboard or a corner, looks terrible, cant ever get through on phone and when you do, they can hardly speak english and are hard to understand. Terrible company, terrible service,!!!!!

Long wait times standing outside due to social distancing requirements. Staff is somewhat friendly, but really push to move on to the next customer. I went in because I was having an issue with my WiFi. I thought that I might just need to upgrade my speed, but before I could fully explain my issue, the tech person handed.me another gateway, told me my gateway was in need of replacement because these refurbished units go bad in a year, and said he would activate the replacement unit and deactivate my malfunctioning unit at home. He asked me if that would be ok, and I agreed. So he scanned in the replacement unit, gave me a receipt, and told me I was all set. Well, not unexpectedly, I was not all set and had to go through a very convoluted process to actually activate the unit.
