I love this place. A huge selection of graphic novels, DC, Marvel, and more independent as well. There is usually some sort of art gallery, artist book signings, and more. And if you're the type to collect single issue comics, they have plenty to choose from towards the back.

Comics Vs Toys has an art show every first Thursday of the month (last I heard). They have beer/wine and snacks in the outside patio. On my first visit to the shop, I saw an art exhibit where the artist made art with different items. I saw toothbrushes, newspaper, buttons, noodles, etc. So creative. I loved it. On my second visit, the art was somber/evil, and very well executed. On my third visit, there were aliens and paintings showing social constructs and \female revenge\ - Dave Lebow.
I walked into this store looking for a batman comic but found so much more. Even though, the store is small, it packs a wide selection. While my back issue Batman was not in stock, I managed to find others just as interesting and exciting. The board games even deserve a look!
Love this place, reminds me of a place I use to go to as a kid, the way comic stores should all be done wide variety of comics and rare toys! Love it
