Went to Toccoa store to get replacement phone since I dropped mine in the lake. Waited and hour and half to talk with someone. Then they asked for my driver license that was attached to my phone in the lake. Would not accept another form of I’d. My wife had died, she was on the account, Asked for my son , who was on the account 7 years age to come in. Then til me I could order on line from my iPad. To verify they asked to send me a text to my phone that was in the lake!!! No email option to verify account!! I’m done
