These guys are GREAT! I stopped in when I saw the horse trailer I wanted sitting on their lot. Bo gave me a good price and I took it home. I loaded my big mare on it and realized I bought the smaller dimension trailer by mistake! Bo and Heath took the trailer back, and in short order found the larger model, had it shipped and I was able to have the trailer I really needed. And they STILL gave me a good price. My CM Dakota 3 horse has all the features I want and nothing I don't need in a trailer. Good company, good dealership, good product. Thanks!

I’m blown away with the service we received from Heath!! We drove 2 hours to purchase our custom covered wagon trailer in January 2020. We had a couple issues with the trailer and Heath went above and beyond to call of duty to resolve the issue. Great sales support with Tom making sure we got what we needed. They charge 65 for trailer prep but several items weren’t prep’ed including the trailer gate locks (were not tightened and almost lost one before we got to destination), and had to ask for lug nuts for the spare carrier before we left. Pleased with the overall quality of trailer even though it had a over 3” gouge in one of the decking boards.

I stopped in the store and spoke with the General Manager Bo about a GooseNeck hitch for a camper that I bought. He recommended a B&W Turnoverball Hitch which I had done a little research on and it is made in the USA which is a big plus. He quoted me a price and I told him I would think about it. I called the next day and spoke with the scheduling department and he indicated that I might want to extend the 7 Pin Connector from the bumper into the bed so that it was not hanging over the tailgate. I agreed and he quoted a price and we set a date. I removed the plastic bed-liner and toolbox and found that there had been a 5th wheel installed at one point which left 8 holes. I asked Bo if they could put some bolts in to seal up the holes. They said no problem and you can see by the picture that it will be better when I go back with LineX spray in liner. I was there on time and they were expecting me. I left the vehicle and was contacted later in the day stating that it was ready for pickup. I arrived and inspected the installation and from my knowledge it looked great. I'll test it later this week. payment was easy and I was out in a short amount of time. Thanks Bo at Big Tex..
