We are so pleased with our new counters! I was greeted by Mark, with friendly, knowledgeable service. He was patient and helpful and never made me feel pressured or rushed. Once I settled on a few choices...it was only minutes for my estimate. Primo graciously worked around my schedule for a professional and speedy measurement visit and set up install around my work schedule. The install crew was prompt, courteous, professional and fully cleaned up behind themselves. We are so pleased and will definitely use Primo Granite again for future needs. Excellent work and \Primo\ customer service... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

From beginning to end we had a great experience. Starting with the show room, Mark was very helpful and was willing to take the time to show us different slabs even past closing time. He also made the effort to swing the slabs into natural sunlight so that we could see the slabs more clearly. Scheduling was not an issue and they were willing to work with us. Workmanship was top notch and in a timely manner. Primo himself came to do the measuring and even repaired a previous granite issue from another company's installation. He never bad-mouthed the other company or their workmanship; he simply fixed it. We comparative shopped and they were the most cost competitive choice as well. The next time we need granite or quartz, we will shop Primo and so should you.
Great experience start to finish. The entire team was helpful every step of the way and our granite looks great! We went to numerous suppliers and fabricators in the area before we decided to work with Primo and we’re so happy we did! Great job guys! Highly recommend!
Great people I’m glad I ran in to them it all go down from the appointment with (mark) this guy one of the best I ever got to meet to the price those people will not do you wrong I got everything that I was promised down to installation very fast I called 10 other companies they told me 2 to 3 weeks them it was done in 5 days Installation was supper clean thank you guys you are the best and for the people that read this you will be Lucky enough to be in there service area
