Customer service has seriously gone down hill. (Used to be good) When addressing a series of ordering concerns with the owner, he hung up on me. When I called back to proceed with resolution, he informed me he doesn't need my business. As a result, I will not subsidize his business and am switching my CPAP supplies and service to another company.

I love them, they are more accurate at delivering my supplies than any place I have used!
I haven’t done business with them (maybe in 30-40 years though) but they had no problem with me changing my flat tire in their parking lot so thank you for that!
No stars. My husband has been trying for over 11 days to get help to set up his C pap. It’s is, “I’ll have someone call you tomorrow,” that never happens. It’s not even 5 and no one has answered all day. Horrible experience.
I made an order 2 weeks ago. When I finally called them I was told it was never sent out.
