We could not be happier with our purchase! From our first contact, Tim was so helpful and knowledgeable, it made our final decision to purchase easy. He took the time to speak to me on the phone about each piano and their manufacture, design, and sound quality and then met us at the Gallery very safely following covid guidelines so that we were able to make our decision. Delivery of our piano was done very professionally and Tim was there to make sure it went smoothly. Our family will always remember the entire experience and we are thrilled with our grand. I recently purchased a Baby Grand Piano from Steinway Detroit. The Piano was delivered and set up ready to play. I was not satisfied with the purchase. The instrument would not play my favorite Jazz Pianist properly. Beegie Adair is arguably one of the greatest Jazz Pianist I contacted Steinway Detroit and told them it was not acceptable. Cliff Monear came to my home and evaluated the Piano for its ability to reproduce the music. He agreed that it needed to be corrected. He brought the appropriate personnel to resolve the problem. After Cliff Monear and the Steinway technician performed their talents on my Piano, it performed Beautifully. Truly, very close to Beegie Adair in person. If I am blessed and fortunate to purchase a better Piano, Steinway Detroit would be my only choice... Bravo Steinway Detroit...
