US-Mattress did a good job for me. Anthony had taken good care of me when I ordered my mattress. It wasn’t a good fit for me and he then made sure that I was happy with my purchase and sent me to another store that was closer to my location even though he may not get anymore credit for the sale but wanted to make sure that I was a happy customer. The customer service team also helped me out in the exchange process and Melanie went out of her way to make sure that this process was seamless. I’d reccomend the company and am happy with the sales and customer service sides to the company.

Well, let me share with you a tale. Three months ago, I purchased a mattress from Loves, purchased in full, great mattress, and was told it was all set for delivery whenever I needed it. Great! WRONG! Last week, I got a call from Loves corporate store informing me that my mattress delivery would be pushed back 10 days. I told them that wouldn’t do because I needed a mattress and that I wasn’t going to sleep on the floor for 10 days. Corporate informed me there was nothing they could do! Well, I’ve been around the block a few times and realized something was fishy so I just said cancel my entire order and refund me my money. Sadly, I realized I had to scramble because I needed a mattress within 2 weeks! Before stumbling upon the US Mattress in west Bloomfield, I tried 2 other stores and they had nothing in stock. So I wasn’t hopeful when I walked in and started chatting with Anthony D. However, that quickly changed! Anthony was so sweet and informative, allowing me to quickly pick out the mattress I wanted while not trying to talk my ear off and waste my time. He was straight to the point and promised I would get my mattress on time! Not even 24 hours after my purchase, Christina from shipping called me and scheduled my delivery! 10/10 would recommend US MATTRESS! Oh, and the day after my purchase, Loves filed for bankruptcy. So this was perfect timing, Lol! Thanks Anthony!
Linnea was such a wonderful help, She took so much time going through different mattresses supports and explaining how everything works to help pick me out the perfect mattress. She was Super friendly and personable as well.
Anthony was the BEST- Not only in sales, but his expertise in the mattress business. He was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. We would definitely recommend US Mattress Company and Anthony in sales Thanks again for everything.
