TLDR: If your car is in a wreck Avail will do nothing to help resolve the situation and you will have to handle it on your own. I shared my car with Avail long term and on March 13, 2021, I was notified by the lot manager that my car had been in an incident however he had no details like where the car was, how the renters who were involved in the incident were, or condition of the car. He informed me that I should be getting a call from Customer Support with more details. However, no call was received. I have called avail at least once a week since I was notified of the incident and I have received different information on the whereabouts and condition of my vehicle with each call. When I have pressed and asked to have my issue escalated I have either been put on hold for an hour plus and the call will drop or I have been told the issue has been escalated to the Trust and Safety team and I should receive a call back in 24 hrs but I have received no followup. A month after the incident I received a phone call from a Colorado State Trooper saying they found my car in a ravine and were having it towed. The State Trooper believed the car to be TOTALLED. Neither the state trooper nor the state troopers HQ had record of contact from Avail. Same with the local County Sheriffs office of the road where it was found. Avail "works" with Allstate however the only communication that was provided to Allstate the entire time was that a claim had been filed. Allstate couldn't do anything with the claim because almost no information was provided and no pictures of the car had been included in the claim. I had to inform Allstate of the whereabouts of my car and the contact information for the tow yard for them to start working on the claim As of 4/21/21 I am still waiting on pictures of my vehicle, a call from customer support, an Allstate claims adjuster to inform me of the cars actual condition, and when we can expect to have this claim resolved.

We borrowed a car for our trip in Colorado, and it was a great experience. The service was much more personal and friendly than your typical rental car agency. Contact and communication was quick, and more importantly, it was always with an actual human being, not just some automated response. They even called when our plane was late getting in to make sure things were ok. Pick up and drop off were super smooth. I would recommend Drift to anyone and everyone! And while we just borrowed a car, it would be a no brainer to leave my car with them as well, as the vehicle we got was in pristine condition. (So next Drift location is in Tampa, right?)

Love the free parking and cleaning. However, this last time my car wasn't rented out but now my nice car air freshener is gone, so that kind of sucks.

Amazing experience with Avail. We were down on our luck and we turned to avail and they had the answer. NO HIDDEN FEES. They also spoke English, had some teenagers there that were awesome and had a brain, and the fee that we paid again was a FLAT FEE. Love this place. It is the best in Denver.

Tried out their pilot program that allowed me to drop off my car in the West Economy Lot at DIA. Apparently I was their first customer to try this pilot (tail end of December 2020). Staff was great about communicating with me prior to my arrival and departure from the airport. Some signage directing me to the drop off station would have been helpful. I returned to a sparkling clean car interior (per COVID). Exiting the West Economy Lot took some extra time for some reason and the drop off/pick up station is a bit far from the terminal, but nothing is perfect when you're the first customer for a pilot. Overall, as a solo traveler, the pilot met my needs and I hope to see it expanded. The Avail team does a great job. I'd give them an extra half-star if I could.

First flight ever, i read alot of reviews on other rental spots. I even canceled the rental i had with a different company because of the great reviews i read on here. I got off the plane and went straight to the shuttles. Shuttle was there in less than 5 minutes. Got there and there wasnt any wait. Got my car amd left within 10 mins of getting there. Shout out to Brenden for helping me. Edit: someone tried to break into my rental busted the window i was able to get a new car asap with no hassle.great company and service
