I can not say enough good things about Keith and his team at Davison's Butcher supply. Our little business needed a mixer grinder for our vegetarian patties production. Kieth spent hours (literally!) explaining, advising and researching for us. When we settled on a machine he and his team kept me informed, followed up, and made sure the product is delivered to our kitchen in the best most convenient time for us. I found Davison's by a high recommendation from a long standing butcher in Los Angeles, now I know why they were so well recommended.
