I have banked with this bank for 2 years and they have always been helpful and then today all of sudden they were rude and short. During this time, everyone falls on hard times and I have had a negative balance for a couple of weeks but I guess they see it as if I was not good enough to be nice too. They put a hold on my debit card and had to approve another one but told me one would be ready at the drive thru. I have always had money in my account why else would I have had it this long. I feel I was treated unfairly and the manager Amanda was not very helpful either just told me she would get with Rhonda and find out. I guess since it was the end of the day they did not want to help me. I am very upset and frustrated with my experience and don't deserve it.
