I came in for a simple drug test for work, I just needed to pee in a cup. The ladies up front were very rude and I sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hours. I have to use this office because it is where my job sends me, but for my personal use I tried them once and didn't come back. Customer service skills are very poor.

The Doctor, NP's and ALL staff are excellent! Including BOTH offices. I never have/had a bad experience with any appointment. Thank you all at Hill Medical Group for providing outstanding medical services for our family!
I Love Dr. Hill and Ashely Brueshaber N.P. but the staff that schedule appointments and answer phones are very rude and have no Customer Service skills whatsoever. I called them today and asked them to send some information to my husbands Short Term Disability provider and one of receptionist (who will remain nameless) got the most outraged attitude with me for no reason. I should have had the attitude with her because my husband has been without a check for 3 weeks now and they didn't send the information requested to the Claim Manager -- even though the Claim Manager tried to get in contact with them twice. So, if you visit the Commerce office try not to get offended if the receptionist gets an attitude with you for no reason at all!
Dr. Hill is a very knowledgeable and friendly doctor who will listen to you and help you the best way he knows how.
