I am so impressed with Bo. Let me emphasize that it takes skills to color match and to get the right blend when you’ve used maybe 10% of a 5 gallon bucket of Emerald 250 paint and need to alter the color. I previously took my paint back to another SW store and the clerk made half a dozen attempts in almost 2 hours. He kept adding maroon when the color match was more brown. He turned the whole bucket pink! In tears I just told him to stop. The other clerk told him he shouldn’t have added maroon but raw umber. Well thanks- it was too late. I took the same bucket to Bo at the Commerce store and he fixed it. Perfect color match! In ONE SINGLE attempt. He knew what to do, took his time, calculated percentages because it was partly used, and literally made a perfect match! There’s no joy like a woman delighted! Shout out to Chelsi, manager! If you need talent and skills in your paint, go see Bo. You won’t be driving away in tears but giggles!

I have to start by saying I have never used Sherwin-Williams Paints in my life. I've been used to using the Behrs/Glidden brand of paints which are cheaper than Sherwin W. I bought a home that had been recently painted and they left the extras (Sherwin-Williams brand) in the garage. I painted my deck railings with the leftovers (Their Resilience line of paint) and was amazed how well the paint worked and covered and almost effortlessly was applied! I ended up using it all and needing more so I went to the Sherwin-Williams in Commerce. I purchased more of their resilience paint and also their deck over paint. It did cost more than the paint I purchased in the past but required less work and coats than other paints. I really don't think you're paying more money if you're using less. I am now 100% a Sherwin-Williams fan and I'll be using their pants for the rest of my life! Freeman who works at the Commerce store was very helpful and I was also able to take advantage of their 30% off paints and stains. If you sign up for their paint perks you get a 10 off coupon as well. It ended up being a little less than I would have paid for the Behrs paint. Their staff were all friendly and brought the paint out to my vehicle for me. Not to mention it was a quick in and out process without dealing with all the lines and somebody that might or might not know about paint at Home Depot or Lowe's. Thanks again y'all!!

Love that you can order online (even with tented paints) but the customer service was awful. First and last time using Sherwin-Williams. I'll drive 2 miles down to Home Depot next time.
