I'm a very big woman . It is hard to find in style clothing for plus size ladies , until torrid came along . Absolutely love this store ! When I go inside and I come out I feel so positive about myself ! The clothing is very good quality and Ware's great . Kimberly Hulsey

No mask no service they tell me! so they make me and my daughter where a mask... Then another lady comes in with a kid and has no mask it's ok for them but they argue with me ... Yea its discrimination and if we need masks to come in the store they should be provided

I would give this store 5 stars however when returning an item, You shouldn't be patronized and asked 20 questions why you want to return it when you have the receipt and tags there with it. I didn't like the way it looked end of story. I was going to shop here once the return was done but the girl whom I think is a manager put a terrible taste in month so I just decided to leave after the return. I'll just continue going to my Pensacola FLA location as they're always spot on with their professionalism!
