I love working for this place as a sign language interpreter. The owner, Delia, has real integrity and treats her employees well. She really tries to advocate for the Deaf Community and showcases different Deaf artists work in her front meeting room.
When I took on a recent project with a Deaf colleague, I turned to the Communication by Hand team for interpreter services. Delia and her team provided excellent interpreter services in their comfortable office environment (complete with a warm cup of tea). Using an interpreter allowed my colleague and I to have a much more meaningful interaction than simply emailing back-and-forth, and we were able to move forward with excitement and expedience. I would absolutely recommend the CbH team for any interpreting needs (check out their website for an extensive list of services).
CBH is a wonderful place to work, and a great reference for anything related to interpreters! All of the interpreters that we work with are fabulous, and I LOVE my coworkers. If you have trouble getting an interpreter, or aren't really sure where to start, CBH has you covered!
